The grass prairies of Pian Cavallone

An easy and pleasant walk which takes us the through the woods to the prairies, from the village of Miazzina above Lake Maggiore, to the grass plains of Pian Cavallone with beautiful views of Lake Maggiore and the wilderness of the Val Grande. It is possible to stop at the Alpine Club refuge huts.
