The Uriezzo gorges

A wonderful hike through deep gorges which are century old erosions in the rock made by the river. One can admire the natural geological strata of different colours in the rocks. Simple and fascinating, this walk shows us the great river erosion created thousands of years ago by the water of the river Toce with little waterfalls of the purest water and immense walls of stone.

The walk contininues through the little hamlets with their characteristic oratories and local stone Churches.
