We can visit the principal villages of the Val Cannobina; Gurro, Falmenta, Ponte, Spoccia and Airetta by following an ancient circular path called the Borromean path. This was the path that Saint Charles Borromeo followed during his visit to the Valley.
We enter the villages to explore each one and see how they have adapted to the various changes nature has made to the area over the years.
It is possible to divide the walk into two parts according to the ability of the group and of the time available.
