Ascent to Mount Zeda

This itinerary is dedicated to nature lovers and offers wonderful views: Mount Zeda ( m. 2156 ) is one of the higher mountains above Lake Maggiore. Suspended between the wilderness area of the Val Grande and the villages above Lake Maggiore, Mount Zeda offers views of the northern lakes, the mountains as fare as the Lombardy plain. The itinerary follows olf mule trails showing signs of that rural life existed here in the past.
